The Joint Entrance Examination (Main) will be conducted by the JEE Apex Board for admission to undergraduate engineering programs in NITs, IIITs, other centrally funded technical institutions, participating state government institutions etc.
The JEE (Main) will also be the eligibility test for the JEE (Advanced), which the candidate has to take if he/she is aspiring for admission to the undergraduate programs offered by the IITs/ ISM Dhanbad
